Peripamo Technologies Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian company with its registered address at Suite 23.01, Level 23, Menara Exchange 106, Tun Razak Exchange, 55188 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We design, develop and operate AI-native systems for financial risk, anti-money-laundering/financial-crime compliance and market surveillance.

Our website is provided for general information about Peripamo and our products and services, and to enable you to contact us. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the website by, any third party.

Information on this website about our products and services is provided for general information only and does not constitute an offer, a warranty of availability or fitness, or professional, financial or legal advice. The specific terms on which we provide products or services to a client are set out in a separate written agreement between Peripamo and that client. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any such separate agreement, the separate agreement shall prevail in respect of the products and services supplied under it.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, data and the overall design, layout and "look and feel", is the property of Peripamo or its licensors and is protected by Malaysian and international intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the website for your personal or internal business use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, display, publish, sell or otherwise exploit any content of this website without our prior written consent.

You may not use any of Peripamo's trademarks, logos or branding (or confusingly similar marks) without our prior written permission.

6. Client data and confidentiality

Where we process data on behalf of our clients, such data is processed in accordance with the applicable agreement and our confidentiality obligations. We treat client data and client-confidential information as confidential and disclose such information only as permitted by the client agreement or required by law. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

You must not, and must not attempt to:

• Access, or attempt to access, any part of our website or systems to which you have not been authorised;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of our products or services;
• Circumvent, disable or interfere with any security-related feature of our website or services;

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the website shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or one thousand Malaysian Ringgit (RM1,000), whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peripamo and its officers, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website or services.
